A competition for UAE and International firefighters, Fire Fighter Challenge gives firefighters the opportunity to take part to show off their fitness levels and compete against one another through a timed course in full firefighting equipment carrying out physically demanding obstacles. The largest and toughest competition for firefighters in the Gulf will bring together the fastest and strongest rescuers to demonstrate their abilities and strengths in a unique and exciting event. In a series of competitions that imitate the emergencies experienced by real-life firemen in full gear, firefighters and rescue officers will compete against one another either individually or in teams, displaying perseverance, endurance, excellence, and teamwork. The primary purpose for the Firefighter Combat Challenge is to promote physical fitness, an essential part of structural firefighting.
CHALLENGE GOALS
- Society - Boost public confidence in these real-life heroes and fire safety awareness. Motivate the young to live in a community that prioritizes safety. Allow the general population to experience the physical rigors of the work
- Firefighter - The primary purpose for the Firefighter Combat Challenge is to promote physical fitness, an essential part of structural firefighting
- Sponsors - Showcase the sponsor’s social responsibility and increase their contribution to raising firefighter performance and awareness
- Government strategy - In terms of cultivating the abilities of outstanding cadres in security, safety, and firefighting to create the finest country to live in, the government's strategy is the vision of the nation
