Manufacturing Excellence In 2019, SMB established its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, SMB Safety Equipment Manufacturing LLC, in Umm Al Quwain. Fully operational since 2020, this facility features two specialized factories: Injection Factory – Producing a wide range of safety helmets in PE, PP, and ABS, with in-house testing for impact and penetration. The factory boasts an annual production capacity of 600,000 helmets in seven standard colors. Ladder Factory – Crafting high-quality aluminum and fiberglass ladders with a 150 kg capacity, using precision engineering and modern techniques. The factory has an annual production capacity of 15,000 ladders. To cater to diverse market demands, SMB also manufactures an economic range of safety shoes in India, delivering affordability without compromising on quality. Infrastructure and Distribution With two fully equipped outlets in the heart of Dubai and over 30,000 sq. ft. of warehousing facilities in Dubai and Ajman, SMB ensures the availability of a vast range of ready-to-ship products.
