VULCANO is a half mask, equipped with two quick bayonet connections for filters from the 2000 and 2500 COMPACT series.

Thanks to an innovative manufacturing process, the soft TPE rubber oronasal is overmolded onto a rigid polypropylene (PP) body, forming a single unit that ensures maximum sealing against gases, fumes, and mists. MAYDAY is an escape device of intuitive use which allows a quick escape from the contaminated area. The respirator mouthpiece is provided with a filter protecting against organic vapours with boiling point above 65°C, inorganic gases, acid gases, sulphur dioxide (SO2), ammonia (NH3) and its compounds.

The product is protected in a plastic container with belt clip. Thanks to its reduced weight it can be carried by the worker through-out the whole shift to be quickly used in case of an accident. The mouthpiece and the nose clip are safe and easy to use even for people with beard and/or glasses.

MAYDAY protects the person from toxic and harmful gases for at least 10 minutes. It is approved and answers to regulation DIN 58647-7. ABEK-10.

Its field of use is mainly within petrochemical plants and refineries.

The 5000 Series facepiece mask combines the convenience of a disposable filtering facepiece with the same level of protection as reusable devices. Additionally, it ensures a wide field of vision thanks to the compact design of the filters and can be used in conjunction with other PPE.

Made from soft TPE, the device guarantees excellent durability and comfort. The head harness and adjustable straps ensure a better fit to the face and secure sealing under all working conditions.

Thanks to the Up and Down system, the half mask can be lowered without needing to remove the head harness.

The disposable half-mask 5002 is available in FFA2P3 R D, ideal for protection against organic gasses and vapours with a boiling point above 65°C, dust, fumes and mists.

After using and after cleaning the device according to the instructions, it must be stored in its dedicated resealable packaging, in order to preserve its filtering action.

PANAREA is a CLASS 3 negative pressure full-face mask in silicone, compliant with EN 136:1998, according to EU regulation 2016/425.

It is ideal for protection against dust, gases, organic and inorganic vapors, acids, ammonia and its derivatives, as well as combinations of gases and dust. Its optimal use is in chemical and petrochemical industries, refineries, intensive pesticide application, wildfire fire fighting, asbestos removal and disposal, and radionuclide handling.

It is composed of:

• Facial gasket made of soft silicone, extremely flexible at both high and low temperatures.
• Wide polycarbonate visor with anti-scratch treatment on the outside and anti-fog system on the inside.
• The central valve group consists of: a universal EN148-1 thread, speech diaphragm, exhalation valve and protective shield.
• Oronasal mask made in Hypoallergenic silicone
• 5-point adjustable head harness in EPDM

The full-face mask can be used with universal EN148-1 connection filters.
