Master Textile Mills is a leading force in Pakistan's textile industry, with over 30 years of excellence and a diverse portfolio that spans Textiles, Automotive, Foam Mattresses, and Wind Energy. Our vertically integrated textile operations generate an annual turnover exceeding USD 100 million and employ a dedicated workforce of 9,000 professionals.

Our Facilities:

  • Spinning: 45,000 spindles producing premium yarn.
  • Weaving: 172 advanced Picanol Summum Air-jet looms, delivering 40 million meters annually.
  • Dyeing & Finishing: A specialized plant with an annual capacity of 50 million meters, offering fabric treatments such as water and oil repellency, 3M soil release, crease resistance, flame retardancy (EN ISO 11611 & 11612 certified), anti-microbial, anti-mosquito, and antistatic properties (EN 1149-1 & 3 certified).
  • Garment Manufacturing: A state-of-the-art, full-service garment unit with 2,000 stitching machines, producing 10 million pieces annually, including workwear, hospital uniforms, and industrial garments.

Product Expertise:

We specialize in high-performance textiles, such as:

  • Hi-Visibility Fabrics: Certified HV orange, HV yellow, and HV red (EN 20471 certified) for enhanced safety. These fabric are certified for safety in rail, road, and oil industries.
  • CORDURA® Fabrics: As Pakistan's certified CORDUA fabric producer, we offer CORDURA® fabrics for military, police, and tactical uses. We produce durable fabrics for military and industrial applications, suitable for bulletproof jackets, bags, and footwear.
  • Medical Fabrics: High-durability, sanitized finishes for medical uniforms, scrubs, and gowns.
  • Flame Retardant Fabrics: Available in various weights, ideal for workwear and oil & gas applications. These fabric are certified for safety in oil industries.
  • Antistatic Fabrics: Using Negastat and Bekinox yarns, compliant with EN 1149-1 & 3 standards, suitable for industries such as oil & gas.
  • Polyester-Cotton Stretch Fabrics with EOL Yarn: Designed for durability and comfort in industrial environments.
  • Sustainable Fabrics: Our eco-friendly fabrics incorporate GRS recycled polyester, organic cotton, TENCEL™, CiCLO, and BCI cotton.
