About us
Since our foundation in 1989, AUTEC has established itself as a leading provider of solutions and services for access control, time recording, time management and building automation. We are based near to Frankfurt am Main (Germany) and are an independent, owner-managed family business. Despite our European roots, we are now a globally active company serving customers in numerous countries.
A decisive milestone in our history was the early integration of PCs in the field of automation and security technology. As one of the first companies to use this technology, we helped to increase the efficiency of automation solutions and enabled a more flexible system design. This decision laid the foundation for the progress our company has made today.
We work exclusively with OEM partners, installers and system integrators. This partnership enables us to respond to the specific requirements and needs of global customers and offer customized solutions. Many of the partners use their own branding for the software and in some cases also for the hardware, which largely does not affect the compatibility of the products with each other.

All applications and functions are real-time programs, this means that any changes to the data will be immediately updated systemwide.
