13 January 2026
Hatta B Meeting Room
Maritime borders are the intersection of sovereignty, trade continuity and humanitarian duty. This roundtable convenes senior operational, intelligence and technology leaders to align governance and operating models for resilient maritime security.
Participants will evaluate various archetypes and the trade-offs they create for special economic zones, ports and national littorals: accountability, legal clarity and operational speed. The discussion will focus on embedding multi-INT mission sections, a planning/policy coordination function, and 24/7 fused watch centers into operations so intelligence guides collection and action rather than reacting to incidents.
On the technology side, the discussion will prioritize a pragmatic sequence: sensors and platforms, a unified operational picture and edge AI for triage, supported by secure communications and a common data fabric to enable lawful, auditable sharing.
