Dr. Nagi Souaiby is Emergency, Forensic Medicine and Medical Law specialist graduated from the Universities of Montpellier and Paris. He got the “Medical Council of Canada” license and received a double European Master in “Public Health” and “Hospital and Health Management” from ESA Business School of Beirut and Paris VII. He is a lecturer in forensic medicine at USJ Faculty of Medicine and a medical law instructor at the Ecole Supérieure des Affaires in Beirut. Neil Gibbins

Lead Fire Safety Consultant, CROSS
Neil’s career commenced as an operational firefighter in the late 1970’s, he progressed through the ranks to become Deputy Chief Fire Officer of Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service, following the successful merger of the two services. Neil was lead officer for fire protection within the UK Chief Fire Officers Association (now NFCC) from 2007 to 2013, chairing the group that managed the implementation of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order. Since moving on from the fire and rescue service Neil has been President and CEO of the Institution of Fire Engineers. He was chair of a national working group set up to improve product safety recalls, appointed by the then BEIS Minister Margot James. The working group’s report lead directly to the creation of the Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS).

Prior to moving to the UAE, Tomasz worked 15 years at the Scientific & Research Centre for Fire Protection (CNBOP-PIB) as a Fire Service Officer specialised in product certification and auditing of factory production control systems internationally.
Tomasz holds a Master’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering. He is author and co-author of various engineering and conformity assessment literatures with the objective to raise awareness and disseminate knowledge and best practices in the field of fire and life safety.
